Lori has had a passion for sewing for many years. She began the creative journey in her teens. Lori began smocking and heirlooms sewing for her daughter more than 18 years ago. This began a journey that will never end. Lori opened her own shop where she specialized in custom sewing and designing children’s clothing, bridesmaid dresses, and altering. She enjoys expressing herself artistically in embroidery, quilting, and altered art. Her medium of choice is fabric but also enjoys designing with paper and many other collectible items that she just cannot seem to make herself throw away. Creativity is a major part of Lori’s life. It is an avenue that brings her joy, a sense of accomplishment, and purpose. She enjoys the opportunity to teach and share with others the great joy that comes from sewing, creating, learning, and discovering something new.
